What We Do:

Most delinquent borrowers are cooperative with the bank as long as they are being considered for a loan modification or forbearance. Unfortunately, not everyone can qualify for a loan modification. When this news is delivered, the homeowner generally becomes angry and uncooperative towards the bank. We reach out to borrowers as trusted advisors to help them determine the best course of action for a graceful exit. Early intervention is the key and a good relationship with the borrower is imperative. They are on an emotional rollercoaster and need someone locally to call with questions to lead them through the confusion. Through an early intervention, the lender can retain the customer with actual help and extend goodwill to a delinquent borrower in need and retain them for future business.
