What We Do:
Most delinquent borrowers are cooperative with the bank as long as they are being considered for a loan
modification or forbearance. Unfortunately, not everyone can qualify for a loan modification. When this news
is delivered, the homeowner generally becomes angry and uncooperative towards the bank. We reach out
to borrowers as trusted advisors to help them determine the best course of action for a graceful exit. Early
